At Coffee and Tea Selections Inc. we bring a “new experience every time” to your office. Our company strives to exceed in our customer service relationships. We treat every client from small organizations to big corporations as “VIP” customers. At the conclusion of this presentation we will provide “customer testimonials” We recognize that every company that we deal with is different. With that in mind we are flexible to provide you with a program that meets your budget and needs.
About Our Services
We have three services to choose from our full service, online service and pick up service.
Our Full Coffee Service will include and not be limited to the following:
Once we know the needs of your organization, we will set up our equipment at your office free of charge. Upon placing an order; a customer service personnel will attend your office and delivery your coffee and essentials. Our personnel will rotate your stock, check and clean the equipment. A packing slip will be provided or emailed. Our personnel will also ensure and address any concerns you might have. If the equipment for whatever reason is not working to your satisfaction we will repair it on site or exchange the equipment within 24hrs. This will eliminate any interruption of your coffee experience at your office.
Online Coffee Service will include, but not limited to, the following:
In order to assist our customers that do not need a service plan, you can now purchase our products online. To gain complete access to all of our products you must register. We can ship all of our products at discounted prices via Ground Services. We offer free shipping at $100 and offer monthly specials and deals. This option requires that you purchase a machine or currently own one yourself. This option works best for accounts of any size. Note that payment must be made at time of purchase and can be done using all major credit cards.
Pick-Up Coffee Service will include, but not limited to, the following:
With the popularity of single cup coffee brewers in the marketplace and the ability to make great coffee yourself, we will opened a showroom at our warehouse where you can come by and shop. All of our products are available for immediate purchase including machines, coffee, tea, cream, milk and even paper towels. There are even some specials only available in our showroom. You can mix and match on some of our items and we will even let you sample our coffee. This is the most cost effective way to have great coffee at the office and works for any size company. For this option you must own your own machine or purchase one. Note that payments must be made at the time of purchase and can be done using all major credit cards.
Our Products
Our coffee and teas selections will enable us to cater to your needs and your communities, ranging from Kosher products, Gluten free, organic and Nut-free. We offer a wide selection of products to choose from. Just our “Keurig” line with over 200 varieties.
If you have a meeting or conference we will also supply “Frac Pack Coffee Equipment”. Contact us in advance of your meeting or conference for delivery and set-up of the coffee equipment ; for your enjoyment during your meeting or conference.
We also have a variety of other products to choose from upon request: Expresso machines, bagged tea, bottled water, juices, snacks, paper towels, facial tissue, hand soap, dishwashing essentials. See Menu for prices and products to choose from.
On Dec. 15, 2011 CTV did a consumer alert with Pat Foran and tested some “pod systems”, the Keruig system was rated # 1.
